LUMANTÈA PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy explains how customers can cancel subscriptions, pre-orders, or payment plans with LUMANTÈA.

1. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

1.1. Customers can cancel their LUMANTÈA Bedroom Refresh Subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. 1.2. Cancellations can be made through the customer account dashboard or by contacting us at info@lumantea.ie. 1.3. Once cancelled, the subscription will not renew, but customers will retain access until the end of the current billing period. 1.4. Refunds are not provided for partially used subscription periods.

2. PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION

2.1. Pre-orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. 2.2. If the pre-order has already entered production or shipping, cancellations may not be possible. 2.3. To request a cancellation, email info@lumantea.ie with your order details. 2.4. Refunds for pre-order cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

3. PAYMENT PLAN CANCELLATION

3.1. Customers using a payment plan must adhere to the agreed-upon instalment schedule. 3.2. Early cancellation of a payment plan may be subject to administrative fees or partial refunds depending on the progress of the payments. 3.3. If a payment is missed, the order may be delayed or cancelled, and outstanding payments may still be due. 3.4. Customers should contact info@lumantea.ie to discuss payment plan adjustments or cancellations.

4. ORDER CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPPING

4.1. Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. 4.2. If an order has already been dispatched, customers must follow the Return & Refund Policy for returning the item. 4.3. To cancel an order before shipment, contact us at info@lumantea.ie as soon as possible.
